The talk about YOSHIKI(X JAPAN) and TAKURO&TERU(GLAY) is finally achieved in NHK"SONGS"at tommorow.
In NHK "SONGS" of 10/21 broadcasting, to look back on the starting point when debuting to this machine on the 15th anniversary, GLAY performs debut tune "RAIN" on the television after an interval of 15 years.
This tune is fatal music to which the tune of "Julia" ([juria]) to which TAKURO did the composition of writing songs in the amateur age pays attention to GLAY on which it acts by the nightclub by an original tune by Mr. (X JAPAN) YOSHIKI at that time, and accomplished the dream of the majors debut by original and "RAIN" of Mr. YOSHIKI's production.
It came back to the starting point, and TERU(Vo) and TAKURO(G) visited Mr. YOSHIKI in the place and Los Angeles of the start of the dream, and the miracle was met again, and achieved by the talk in the documentary part of the program.

Rock band GLAY has written the theme song for the Hong Kong-France collaborative live-action film "Blood: The Last Vampire" (titled "Last Blood" in Japan), which is based on the well-known animated film of the same name. The band was appointed to the task by producer Bill Kong.
The title of the song is "I am xxx." It will be used in the Asian releases of the film, which will start with 11 countries on May 29, including Japan, China, and Taiwan. GLAY hopes to also have their music used in the film's European and American releases.
GLAY leader TAKURO (37) commented, "Different from the past GLAY music, the song has a heavy and dark sound. We created it to match the image of the cries from the heart of the movie's heroine, who possesses a sad fate." Finally spring has come.
I was born in HOKKAIDO where it’s cold most of the time,
so I’m supposed to be used to cold weather.
However I’ve been in TOKYO for so long,
these days I can’t stand the cold.
Thank you for all your replies to my last post.
It’s clear that all of us would take the time to tell people closest to us that we love them if we had only one day to live.
It must be an important thing to say.
Let’s not wait until our last day to say it!
The final days of recording are just around the corner.
We’re putting the finishing touches on ten new songs.
Two songs will be used in our “GREAT VACATION” project.
What we’re doing is coupling the new songs with tickets for each of our two shows at NISSAN STUDIUM this summer.
An idea this crazy and unique could only have come from TERU.
There is a popular slang expression “KY” (“KUUKI YOMENAI”, ask your Japanese friends what it means!)
In our group, everyone says “TY” (TERU YOMENAI),
because he’s so unpredictable! On stage, in the studio, in private, and when coming up with good ideas!
One song will be our next single.
That’s right we have another one coming up in MAY!
Of course I’m excited about it.
But don’t take my word for it.

| Hey everyone! Long time no see! I'm hanging in there! How about you guys? Did you survive the holidays and new year alright? I haven't forgotten about this page and my friends here. I've been meaning to write, but I just haven't had the time. I've had a lot on my mind lately, some of it band stuff,some of it family stuff. Actually, the biggest thing on my mind these days has been the passing of a friend of mine. Her passing came as a bit of a shock as she was so young. In many ways it feels like she's still with us, and it's been hard for me to come to grips with the fact that she's gone. She was a strong and energetic lady, and she fought bravely against the cancer that eventually took her. Today is the 49 day memorial, which is a traditional Buddhist custom. Tonight I will be remembering my friend and drying my tears. Tomorrow is a new day. I will keep her spirit alive inside of me as I go on my way. 2009 is the year of "THE GREAT VACATION". The day we left, senior Kim Ha Neul and I cried warm tears (tears of happiness?)
No, It was just teary eyes.
Sad, too, happy, too, a blurred feeling.

Firstly, Happy Valentine’s Day!!
Thank you for all your time, support and so much love.
Today I have a kind of bitter announcement:
I’ve decided to “graduate” from PS company, with whom I’ve been affiliated for the past ten years, after my concert at Hibiya Yagai Ongakudo on April 5th.
After the event at Budokan on January 3rd,
I looked up at the far-reaching sky and horizon over the sea in Okinawa for the first time in all these years, and decided to think about my one and only life 10 or 20 years down the road.
Thought about myself as an artist,
how to face to fans and people who support me,
thought and thought and got tired, and took nap and woke up and thought and thought,
took a shower, and thought and thought,
got hungry and had a light meal, and thought and thought,
walked along the sea and thought and thought,
Then, before I realized, it was morning.
And I watched the sun rising from the sea
Without thinking I spontaneously started to cry.
Neither sad nor happy tears
I just cried.
And decided.
It’s neither a sad thing nor a happy thing
I made a decision for my own bright feature.
At least, I believe so.
I’ll talk about the how and why
in another way or something, some other time.
We achieved great success at the agency’s 10th anniversary concert, and I fulfilled my role as representative of all the affiliated bands
The agency started its 11th year of activity without any problems.
That’s one of my main reasons.
Of course, I’ll keep on singing “Peace&Smile” like always.
Above all, I want to express my thanks to Chief Executive Mr.Ozaki, who was surprised to hear this but understood after great reflection.
To all staff who worked through blood, sweat and tears to be my hands, legs and sometimes even like my body, thank you, thank you very much.
I know that no matter which road I choose, it’s a thorny path.
So think I should live in a way I won’t regret when I’m looking back on myself 10 or 20 years from now.
Hope we’ll be able to have sweet sweet dreams instead of chocolates that makes cavities in our teeth.
I hope we can all have SWEET dreams.

What’s with all these actors wanting to be rappers? (Case in point: Jang Geun-seok, So Ji-sub.)
Now it’s Iljimae’s Lee Junki, who’s teaming up with rookie singer Sori. He’ll be featured as guest rapper on her song “Pinky Finger.”
According to Sori’s management, “Lee Junki’s participation in this recording came after he received the request from his good friend Poppin’ Hyun-joon.” Dancer and rapper Poppin’ Hyun-joon (who was in the film Fly, Daddy, Fly with Lee) is under the same management and is directing choreography for Sori, who is busy preparing for her debut.
Lee Junki isn’t completely new to kpop; he recorded a digital single in 2007 and has been known to sing at his fanmeetings (listen below). He’s also reportedly working on his own solo music.
Sori (full name Kim So-ri) was featured in the musical The Ballerina Who Loves a B Boy in the ballerina role; her debut album “Lip” goes on sale on the 19th.
